It is totally a waste of time.
The so called "expert" Jin Ooi never really bother to give you any information or the building plan as he mentioned.
He is only interested to talk and try to push sales on you, without even providing any informstion on the building to the potential customer for consideration.
If this is called advice, then it is certainly one-sided and treat the others like a fool.
